Development and Redevelopment

Our attorneys have served on municipal planning boards and environmental authorities, allowing us to offer counsel on the planning board approval process. We also advise and prepare commercial leases, provide development and redevelopment guidance, and represent clients in private lending transactions.

Our services for municipalities and governmental entities include serving as redevelopment counsel for municipalities; advising on upgrading and improving blighted areas, both urban and suburban; and shepherding clients through interactions with state and federal agencies, including Department of Community Affairs, Department of Environmental Protection, Environmental Protection Agency, and elected and appointed boards and officials.
