Duncan J. Campbell is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department.  His practice areas include civil defense litigation, property damage recovery litigation, contract litigation, municipal and governmental entity law, and ADR (alternative dispute resolution).

Mr. Campbell concentrates his practice in general litigation and oversees property damage recovery matters.  He has drafted challenges to governmental entity decisions and has represented individual clients in municipal court matters.  As an attorney, he is also experienced in insurance fraud investigations, PIP arbitration, PIP subrogation, and BI defense.

Mr. Campbell has represented individual members of the public as well as large corporations and insurance companies. He has been involved in all aspects of civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution in New Jersey and New York including the submission of an Amicus Curiae Brief to the New Jersey Supreme Court on behalf of The National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies, The Property and Casualty Insurance Association of America, and the Insurance Council of New Jersey.

Mr. Campbell has a unique legal perspective that combines his business experience with his legal expertise. Before beginning his law career, he worked in management consulting services as an IT consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and as a general manager of logistics for a global manufacturer.

Mr. Campbell received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University.  Mr. Campbell clerked for the Hon. James J. Guida, J.S.C. and the Hon. Harold C. Hollenbeck, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.
