Ernest D. Wildenhain, a founding partner of the firm, also serves as the firm’s managing partner. He concentrates his practice in corporate defense litigation. He has developed and supervised auditing programs for legal billing. He has pursued innovative solutions to conflict resolution through mediation and other alternate dispute resolutions.
Mr. Wildenhain has successfully returned numerous jury verdicts for a leading global telecommunications corporation.
A seasoned trial attorney, Mr. Wildenhain has over thirty-five years of trial experience. Prior to co-founding the firm in 1993, he served as an attorney for New Jersey Bell Telephone Company/Bell Atlantic. In that capacity, he handled commercial real estate, right-of-way, labor, environmental, and litigated matters. This interdisciplinary background has given him a broad range of experience from which he draws to develop innovative and successful defense strategies.
Mr. Wildenhain served as an officer in the Army with tours of duty in Oklahoma and Vietnam. After his military service, he attended law school at the University of Denver where he served as director of the school’s legal internship program. In that capacity, he tried dozens of cases for indigent clients while still a law student.
Mr. Wildenhain holds a B.A. from Rutgers University and a J.D. from the University of Denver Law School. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.
