Thomas Lattanze is responsible for reviewing and processing property damage claims for the firm’s clients, which include a leading global telecommunications company.  He has obtained a collection rate of 75 per cent on behalf of that client.

He acts as a liaison between clients and insurance companies and interacts with those involved in claims to obtain insurance information and process with relevant carriers. Mr. Lattanze also conducts off-site investigations and assists the attorneys in preparation of pre-litigation documents. He oversees a staff of four claims specialists.

Mr. Lattanze joined the firm when it opened in 1993. He was previously a Director of Claims for Bell Atlantic, where he supervised a staff of 25. In this capacity, he managed the daily operations of the department, reviewed and analyzed general liability claims, and made final settlement decisions.
