VENTANTONIO & WILDENHAIN PC WELCOMES VINCENT COMMISA AND DUNCAN CAMPBELL

June 2, 2009, Warren, NJ -- Ventantonio & Wildenhain PC announces that Vincent D. Commisa and Duncan J. Campbell have joined the firm as counsel and associate, respectively. 

Mr. Commisa concentrates his practice in bankruptcy and commercial litigation. He also has significant experience in residential and commercial real estate, commercial litigation, Federal and State taxation, and representation of lenders in commercial transactions. Mr. Commisa is a United States Military Academy Liaison Officer (MALO) and a member of West Point’s Admissions/Field Force, where he is the 9th Congressional District Coordinator (CDC). He is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association’s Debtor/Creditor and the Military Law and Veterans’ Affairs sections.

Mr. Commisa is a graduate of Lehigh University and received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.  He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.            

Mr. Campbell will practice in the firm’s Litigation Department with a concentration in corporate defense litigation. His practice areas include civil defense litigation, property damage recovery litigation, contract litigation, municipal and governmental entity law, and ADR (alternative dispute resolution). Prior to his employment with Ventantonio & Wildenhain, Mr. Campbell was associated with a Bergen County law firm in its insurance fraud special investigation unit. Before practicing law, he worked as a management/IT consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers and as a logistics manager for a global manufacturer.

A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, Mr. Campbell received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. Mr. Campbell clerked for the Hon. James J. Guida, J.S.C. and the Hon. Harold C. Hollenbeck, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.
