VENTANTONIO & WILDENHAIN PC ANNOUNCES PROMOTIONS

April 10, 2008, Warren, NJ -- The law firm of Ventantonio & Wildenhain PC announces that Debra A. Sahler and David L. Minchello have been named Partners in the firm.

Sahler, a member of the firm’s Litigation Department who joined the firm in 2004, focuses her practice in personal injury and product liability litigation. Her practice also includes commercial litigation, litigating both the prosecution and defense of claims involving breach of contract and consumer fraud. Ms. Sahler received her J.D. from Albany Law School Union University and her B.A. from the University at Albany.
Sahler is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. She is a Trustee at Large of the New Jersey Women’s Association of Lawyers, a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.

Minchello, a member of the firm’s Litigation Department and the Public Entity and Government Law Department, joined the firm in 2003. His practice areas include civil defense litigation, criminal litigation, municipal and governmental entity, education, and employment law. Mr. Minchello received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and received his B.A. from Vassar College. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the New Jersey Defense Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the New Jersey Bar Association, and the Somerset County Bar Association.

VENTANTONIO & WILDENHAIN PC ANNOUNCES NEW ASSOCIATE

January 3, 2008, Warren, NJ -- The law firm of Ventantonio & Wildenhain PC
announces that Genese N. Walker has joined the firm as an associate. She will practice in the firm’s Litigation Department where she will concentrate her practice in defense litigation and commercial litigation.

Ms. Walker is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar, and is pending admission to the New York State Bar. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland College Park and her Juris Doctorate degree from American University, Washington College of Law. She clerked for the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, D.C.

Ms. Walker has worked as a contract attorney at leading New York and Washington, D.C. law firms and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Association of Black Women Lawyers of New Jersey, Inc.
